We are sensitively reconstructing a house in one of Prague’s most beautiful districts with attention to historical detail, in line with the latest apartment architecture and high quality standards.
Reconstruction of the house
The unique corner house was built in the early 20th century under the direction of the Josef and Oldřich Kutina construction office. It is now undergoing a sensitive renovation, during which we are preserving and rehabilitating the original craft details, including significant architectural features such as the decorative ceramic tiles in the entrance vestibules and stucco. These can be found in the public space of the house as well as on the street frontage.
